1. Introduction

By using InsightPulse you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you first use the InsightPulse application.

3. Subscription License Terms

The InsightPulse service is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing to InsightPulse, users are granted access to the software's comprehensive functionalities for the duration of their active subscription period. Tailored for independent creators, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, InsightPulse empowers users to create compelling web pages and online portfolios. Access to the service is contingent upon maintaining an active subscription and adhering to the payment terms. The licensor reserves the right to modify subscription terms or terminate access for violations of these terms and conditions. Users acknowledge that access to the service will be suspended or terminated upon cancellation or expiration of their subscription.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly/annual).
• You authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method for all applicable fees.
• Subscription rates may be modified with advance notice to subscribers.
• Unless otherwise required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable.
• Users may cancel their subscription at any time; however, access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Disclaimer

It is not warranted that InsightPulse will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under the applicable law are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

InsightPulse does not give any warranty, guarantee or other term as to the quality, fitness for purpose or otherwise of the software. InsightPulse shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused by InsightPulse's negligence or the negligence of its servants or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the provision of any goods or services by InsightPulse.

7. Responsibilities

InsightPulse is not responsible for what the user does with the user-generated content.

8. Price Adjustments

InsightPulse reserves the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to users at least 30 days before taking effect. For users on an annual subscription, price changes will not affect their rate until their next renewal date.

9. Cancellation and Termination

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support.
• Upon cancellation, access to InsightPulse will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods or unused time on your subscription.
• InsightPulse reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the service immediately for violations of these terms.

10. General Terms and Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and InsightPulse as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent or employee of InsightPulse. You agree that InsightPulse will not be liable by reason of any representation, act or omission to act by you.
